About the Foundation

The Life Energy Foundation (LEF) is based on the philosophy that the general well-being of an individual, and of society in general, is best achieved through the raising of Life Energy (the fundamental animating force in living things).

The LEF supports research into ways for optimizing Life Energy in the individual; archives information relevant to this topic; disseminates such information through various media; and sponsors performance and educational activities which promote this philosophy. Please feel free to contact us at:

The goals of the LEF and this website, are twofold. First, to make available to the public information about recent research in matters relating to Life Energy through writings and recordings. Second, to encourage the implementation of approaches that optimize our level of Life Energy.
